A brief history of One Life Unlimited
One Life Unlimited is a corporation in the State of
Arizona. It was formed in April of 2006, by Raul
Leal. We are a company that provides quality
services to developmentally disabled individuals,
either in their own home, or in the community. One
Life Unlimited was started with the vision of
creating a company that views our consumers with
great respect and dignity. We encourage choice
and freedom. We strive and commit to quality, we
form partnerships with those we serve. All
employed with One Life Unlimited must share our
vision (found on the home page) and also must
hold in high regards what One Life Unlimited
values. What we do here at One Life Unlimited, is
so much more than just a job. We deal with some
very special peoples lives and our goal is to help
maintain and improve the quality of life for all we
are involved with.

About the ownership of One Life Unlimited
One Life Unlimited is owned and operated by Raul
Leal, or Ralph as he likes to be called and his wife,
Dianne Leal. Ralph was born and raised in
Sterling, Illinois, moving to Phoenix, Arizona in
1989. He is a Gulf War Veteran from Desert Shield
in 1990. In 1995, he married Dianne Leal and they
have one daughter, Kisha Nicole.
Ralph started working as a Food Stamp Interviewer
for the State of Arizona back in 1995. From there he
promoted into various positions. Over the past six
years, Ralph has worked as a case manager with
the State of Arizona and for nearly two years, he
supervised a unit of case managers.
It was in this position that Ralph realized that he
could do so much more for his passion of serving
developmentally disabled individuals by starting his
own company. By applying his values and vision to
how he expected services to be delivered. Ralph
knew that the partnerships he would form and the
impact this would make with those we serve, would
result in a better place for all involved.
Ralph's goal is to have a well run company, with
well trained, happy staff and fulfilled consumers. He
demands nothing but quality from his staff and has
big plans for the future of One Life Unlimited. While
some agencies continue to take on as many
consumers as they can, Ralph wants quality over
quantity. He will not offer to serve a consumer, if he
does not have excellent options available for
excellent staff to serve them. Hence the slogan of
One Life Unlimited, "Making a difference... One life
at a time".
